Achilles
5k training run #2 and a previous Achilles tendon is returning. I had to walk the last bit. Time to start the ice-heat-ice regimen again. It’s curious that playing Ultimate Frisbee hasn’t reaggrivated it. Maybe I need to walk a little first to warm up. Or maybe I should’ve started with shorter runs. Back to mountain biking exclusively until this passes. Bummer … not!
