Good analysis as always. I only have one correction. The first generation Motorola Droid, arguably the first mainstream Android phone, has been out for nearly two years. It’s early adopters are eligible now for the iPhone 4S without extra costs. I know this because my wife has a Droid. She hates the thing. It’s very unreliable. She can’t wait to buy an iPhone 4S.

Exactly, except that sometimes my iPhone 4 does feel slow. It depends on the app I’m using, but the camera app is the worst.
