Who knew that updating my iPhone 4 to iOS 4.2 would have the added benefit of removing everything from the iTunes app. All music, movies, audiobooks, and podcasts are gone. Time to sync … again.
Top Gear US
I want to like Top Gear US because I love the BBC version. But, the first episode seems a bit flat. Maybe these guys need a few episodes to gel, or maybe their chemistry just isn’t there. Whatever it is, I hope they’ve figured it out by the 2nd or 3rd episode.

You’ll also need a router as your iPad and Apple TV have to on the same network together. If it worked over Bluetooth or NFC it would even better for travel.

It takes hours to backup the 45GB of data on iPad. Here’s my vote for something faster (USB3, Light Peak) for backups don’t take forever. Oh, and over the air syncing and updates would be great too.

RFID House
We keep temporarily losing Alli’s favorite-toy-of-the-moment. I’d love it if I could bring up a map of the house and search for an individual toy. If every room had a RFID(s) sensor and each toy we bought had a unique RFID for each separate piece, we would never lose anything again.

Some good info, but not enough to sway some parents. We need something to better educate parents on the topic of vaccines. Putting some of the risk numbers out there would have been helpful, for example, the risk of getting the mumps vs. the risk of side effects from the vaccine. And, the potential harm from the vaccine vs. the disease. That type of information in an easy to access and search...
